Many people when they think of exercise, they think of this:
*guys grunting in the gym*
This often deters people from working out. But sometimes it’s the small things that can make a difference. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Play games with your kids. Walk your dog instead of making your kids do it. Open that stubborn jar of spaghetti sauce with your bare hands.
*glass breaks*

Okay, forget that one. But replacing seemingly small tasks with more active ones can help one maintain their shape. You don’t need a fancy gym membership to drop the weight.
