From roses to lilies you just can’t deny, flowers are the best gift, there’s no way I can lie. There are many gift options for Valentine’s Day, but I believe flowers are the best ones. Flowers come in so many different shapes and colors that it is impossible not to find one you don’t like. Finding the right ones for you makes all of the difference in your experience. Some people say “Flowers die so quickly,” or “I don’t have anyone to buy them for,” and they may be right about one thing, they do die fast. But we shouldn’t think of flowers that way. Instead, flowers should be thought of as symbols of flourishing love, friendship, and life. A flower’s life mission is to grow, show its beauty, and bring joy to others, not for people to focus on its death. That defeats the whole purpose of what flowers stand for.
Furthermore, I must say that if you believe you have no one to buy flowers for, you are blatantly wrong. Flowers are not just for significant others, they can be for family members, friends, or any other person in your life. The phrase “Galentine’s Day” was created for a reason. Buying a friend flowers will easily put a smile on their face and brighten their day. Flowers are such a meaningful present because each variety of flower symbolizes a different thing and you can personalize them for each person based on their preferences and personality. This goes the same for family members, Valentine’s Day is the celebration of love for all, even within your own family. Getting flowers for your parents or siblings is an awesome and mostly inexpensive gift.
I really hope and pray that you realize getting a bouquet is what you should do, all the way.
