Playing in front of a standing room only crowd on Friday night, the BHHS Varsity Volleyball team defeated Marian High School 3-1. Marian led the scoreboard through the entire first game and most of the second, but were ultimately defeated by the Black Hawks. The Bloomfield team, which features athletes from both BHHS and the International Academy, came away with the win and now look ahead to Tuesday’s regional matchup against Grosse Point South.
